Alex believes healing begins when we can honor how our minds once served us and find the courage to let go, evolve, and move forward.
Alex started as an actor, drawn to the human experience through storytelling — but it was the humanistic side of art that captured his heart. When he realized he could combine his analytical mind with a desire to help others, he found a deeper calling: walking alongside people through life’s most challenging moments.
Alex comes from a profoundly humanistic approach, rooted in the belief that most people carry an inherent desire for good and peace. He strives to provide a safe, compassionate space where people can feel — and feel strongly — without judgment. In his work, presence is powerful; being fully here, in the now, is a healing force in and of itself.
Alex is trauma-informed and endlessly fascinated by the complexity of the human mind — how it protects us, adapts, and influences every aspect of our being, from physiology to spirituality. He believes healing begins when we can honor how our minds once served us and find the courage to let go, evolve, and move forward.
Above all, Alex values congruence and transparency. There’s nobility in being honest with yourself, and he feels privileged to help others navigate the journey toward self-understanding and compassion — especially where compassion is scarce.
And, well… fair warning: He is very tall.
