Anthony believes in empowering individuals to take control of their healing journey.

His journey into mental health began in the justice system, working with at-risk youth. It was there that he witnessed firsthand the detrimental effects of limited resources, particularly for young men. Anthony saw how the absence of essential coping skills and support systems could lead them down difficult paths, and this experience ignited his passion for focusing specifically on men's mental health. This led him to pursue a Masters in Social Work and become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). His areas of specialization and interest include men’s mental health, trauma (particularly childhood trauma), anxiety, depression, and narcissistic abuse.

In his work with clients, he draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. His goal is to guide clients, using his skills and expertise, to discover and build upon their own inherent strengths. Anthony believes in empowering individuals to take control of their healing journey.

What he finds most fulfilling about this work is the opportunity to be a consistent and objective presence in people's lives. He stated that providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to share their deepest insecurities is a true privilege. Ultimately, what he values most about working in a trauma-informed environment is the profound trust that his clients place in him.
