Healing is possible. You don’t have to go through it alone.

Melanie is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and certified Youth Mental Health Specialist (CYMHS) with specialized training in trauma recovery, PTSD/CPTSD, and narcissistic abuse healing. Her work is rooted in evidence-based practices, including EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Polyvagal Therapy, and Narcissistic Abuse Treatment (NATC).

Melanie specializes in working with children (8+), teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD/CPTSD, codependency, and the devastating effects of narcissistic and psychopathic abuse. She understands how these experiences can leave you feeling lost, isolated, and questioning your reality. Her goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process your experiences, rebuild your self-worth, and regain a sense of control over your life.

Healing from trauma is a deeply personal journey, and she strives to make therapy a collaborative and empowering experience. She offers a trauma-informed, non-judgmental environment where clients feel supported as they work through emotional pain and develop healthy coping strategies.

Through psychoeducation, boundary work, and somatic healing practices, she helps clients gain clarity, resilience, and self-compassion as they navigate their healing journey.

Melanie’s passion for mental health stems from both professional experience and a deep personal understanding of trauma. She knows firsthand how difficult it can be to heal from relationships that distort your sense of self and leave lasting emotional scars. That’s why she is so committed to helping survivors move beyond survival mode and step into their strength. Healing is possible. You don’t have to go through it alone.

Outside of her work, Melanie finds balance and joy in spending time in nature, hiking, gardening, reading, and relaxing with her pets. She believes in practicing what she teaches — embracing self-care, lifelong learning, and meaningful connections.
