Becky finds great satisfaction in her role, both in guiding other case managers to ensure their clients receive the best possible resources
Becky’s journey into the mental health field was inspired by witnessing firsthand the struggles of friends and family facing not only mental health challenges but also a lack of necessary resources and guidance. Having navigated her own periods of uncertainty about what steps to take next, she found a calling in this field. It offers the opportunity to support individuals not only with their mental health but also in setting and achieving meaningful goals. Becky earned her MSW from Campbellsville University and currently serves as a Case Manager Supervisor.
As a case manager supervisor, she believes the most effective approach for our clients involves connecting them with resources that reduce stress in their lives. This empowerment allows them to take action, make progress in their healing, and overcome barriers they may encounter. She contributes to this process by fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and validated.
Becky finds great satisfaction in her role, both in guiding other case managers to ensure their clients receive the best possible resources and in directly supporting clients as they realize their potential and achieve their goals.
Becky grew up in Springport, Michigan, but considers Kentucky her home. She has two adult children and one granddaughter. She is a big fan of Michigan State sports. When she is not working, Becky enjoys traveling, off-roading, boating, swimming, and spending time with her family
